| | Rotary Airlock Valve The primary function of a rotary valve is to regulate the flow from one chamber to another while maintaining a good airlock condition. We manufacture rotary airlock valves in M.S., S.S., C.I., AL, and cast alloy with sizes maximum up to 1200 mm and with tailor made flange types.
Also, Manufactures
• Drop through rotary vales – loading directly from top side and conveying side at bottom / below.
• Blow through rotary valves – material fed by air from side and conveyed along the path on other side or bottom.
• Self cleaning type rotary valves – Tips of the valve gets cleaned during each rotation.
During manufacturing of the valves, we take utmost care to maintain accuracy of blade clearance.

Application Areas
• Silo Discharge:-The rotary valve placed under the silo or dust collection system is used to control the bulk solid discharge.
• Dosage Control:-By controlling the rotation speed of the airlock feeder, volumetric metering and dosing of granular solids is achieved.
• Pneumatic Transportation:-The airlock mounted under a cyclone is used for discharging the cyclone.
